Been wanting to do this quick and simple tutorial for a while because not everyone can afford the stretch mark camouflage procedure right away, or they’re simply not a candidate. I reached out to a local make-up artist here in Scottsdale, AZ, and an airbrush tanner in Chandler, AZ to help collaborate in making this video for you.
Not a lot of people know, but I owned and sold an airbrush tanning company before I got into tattooing, so I knew that some people were able to camouflage their stretch marks and scars with a simple spray tan.
Scars are tricky and so it worked great on some people and did nothing for others when it came to hiding them and tanning (or coloring) the white stretch marks. Either way, it’s totally worth a try as most airbrush tans range from $40-$60.
If tanning doesn’t do the trick, Tiffany Filiman shows us how to cover up stretch marks with her favorite waterproof make-up cream from Kryolan. Now, this is a professional-grade make-up brand, so you can’t buy this at your local Sephora, but you can order it at OG Beauty, or on Kryolan’s website. Off-camera, Tiffany also mentioned that this cream would also cover tattoos 100% for those photoshoots, etc and it was super easy to apply.
Let me know what you think! And if you want me to do more video tutorials like this when it comes to camouflaging anything and everything ;).
