Which Treatment to Choose for Stretch Marks?

I consult with clients every week who have either done a few sessions of microneedling or Fraxel laser on their stretch marks, or who are debating whether or not the stretch mark camouflage tattoo would be a better solution?

This has been one of the most popular topics of conversation in my consultations. Thus, I decided to do a quick video addressing the differences between microneedling, laser and the stretch mark camouflage tattoo.

Long story short, microneedling and lasers are great options to smooth out the texture of your stretch marks.

However, it’s not a fit for everyone. Not everyone’s stretch marks are deep or rugged, some may have pretty shallow, flat, and smooth scars. Such scars wouldn’t benefit from doing any microneedling or laser sessions (save your money!).

I can’t tell you how many clients have wasted $3k-$5k on laser sessions and later regretted it. They wished they had just done the camouflage tattoo first, because they saw ZERO improvement.

Remember, the stretch mark camouflage tattoo helps take away the white contrast of your stretch marks that make them noticeable.
